1-year limited warranty
Every Gladiator Somnicera device carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Flat-rate shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per device, shown at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable.
How to start a return
Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. Have your order number and ship date ready.
Return conditions
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the initial ship date.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping anything back. Returns received without an RA number cannot be processed.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
- The product must be complete with all components, covers, inserts, and the Far Infrared ceramic layer — and free of stains, odors, tears, or pet hair.
- Pack the product in its original carton and protective packaging where possible so it arrives undamaged.
- Return shipping to our facility is the customer's responsibility; original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection at our facility.
Shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per device ordered, calculated at checkout; the rate varies by product and is always shown before you pay. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, and most US deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns.
Partial returns & bundle discounts
Multi-unit bundles — such as the Recovery Pair — are priced with a bundle discount that applies only when you keep every unit in the bundle. If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount is forfeited and your refund is recalculated as if you had purchased only the unit(s) you keep.
- The unit(s) you keep are repriced at the single-unit price in effect at the time of your original purchase. If a promotional price was running when you ordered, that promotional price applies to the unit(s) you keep.
- Your refund equals the amount you paid minus the single-unit price of the unit(s) you keep. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Example: you buy a two-unit bundle at a $50 bundle discount and later return one unit. The remaining unit is repriced at the single-unit price from your order date (promotional price included, if one applied), the $50 bundle discount is removed, and you are refunded the difference.
Returning every unit in a bundle is a standard return: you are refunded the full bundle price you paid, excluding original shipping.
1-year limited warranty
Gladiator Somnicera products are warranted to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the initial ship date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.
What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Seam, zipper, stitching, or strap failure on removable covers and wearable components.
- Delamination or failure of the Far Infrared ceramic layer under normal use.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, gradual softening of the foam, and cosmetic changes over time.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, liquids, burns, or pets.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or acquired secondhand.
- Any product with the law tag removed, or without proof of purchase.
Warranty claims follow the same process as returns: call 610-215-2004 or email info@gladiatorir.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
