Every Gladiator Somnicera pillow carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Flat $30 shipping
Shipping is a flat $30 per pillow ordered. Shipping charges are not refundable.
How to start a return
Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. Have your order number and ship date ready.
Return conditions
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the initial ship date.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping anything back. Returns received without an RA number cannot be processed.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
- The pillow must be complete — cover, memory foam insert, and Far Infrared ceramic layer — and free of stains, odors, tears, or pet hair.
- Pack the pillow in its original carton and protective packaging where possible so it arrives undamaged.
- Return shipping to our facility is the customer's responsibility; original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection at our facility.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $30 per pillow ordered, calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, and most US deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns.
1-year limited warranty
Gladiator Somnicera products are warranted to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the initial ship date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.
What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Failure of the ceramic Far Infrared layer or its silicone mat assembly.
- Seam, zipper, or stitching failure on the removable cover.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, gradual softening of the foam, and cosmetic changes over time.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, liquids, burns, or pets.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or acquired secondhand.
- Any product with the law tag removed, or without proof of purchase.
Warranty claims follow the same process as returns: call 610-215-2004 or email info@gladiatorir.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
